Nutrition

Fitness Renegades Nutritional Approach

  • At the start of your journey, we will provide you with the right education to understand the concepts behind nutrition, hormones & how they affect fat loss. We will give you a body scan you on our Inbody 570 to accurately track your progress.
  • Armed with this knowledge, you will move into the first active phase of your transformation, a 14-day Elimination program, designed to cut out the ‘crap,’ in order to re-set your gut health and give your digestive system a break. Off come the first few Kilo's.
  • Now we start the next 14-day phase, where we show you how to eat the right balance of foods, follow your macro's and optimise your nutrient timing. Off come the next few Kilos's!  We finish the 28 Days with another Inbody scan so you can see just how far you have come.
